- Upholding regulatory compliance with GTEC and the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) Ghana.
Finance, General Purposes & Development Committee
Oversees the financial health of the institute, including capital expenditure, campus infrastructure development in Takoradi, and operational budgets.
- Reviewing annual financial statements and external audits.
- Strategic approval for campus expansion and clinical lab facilities.
Academic Appointments & Ethics Committee
Ensures that academic staff appointments meet national accreditation standards and upholds ethical research and clinical training guidelines.
- Ratifying senior faculty appointments and promotions.
- Preserving institutional ethics, integrity, and student welfare policies.
