General Eligibility Requirements

All candidates seeking financial aid or merit scholarships must meet the following baseline conditions:

  • Admissions Status: Must possess a valid admission offer or be a registered student in good standing at Graceland Nursing Institute.
  • Academic Record: Minimum aggregate requirements for entry scholars, or maintaining a required Grade Point Average (GPA) for continuing scholars.
  • Demonstrated Need / Merit: Submission of verifiable proof for financial assistance or documented leadership/academic achievements.

Application Process

Scholarship applications are processed prior to the start of each academic semester. Follow these steps to submit your request:

  • Step 1: Download and complete the Financial Aid Form from the Student Desk or Online Portal.
  • Step 2: Attach supporting documents (academic transcripts, recommendation letters, and income verification).
  • Step 3: Submit your completed application packet to the Financial Aid Office at the Takoradi Campus.

Flexible Installment Payment Plans

For students not receiving full scholarships, Graceland Nursing Institute offers structured semester installment plans allowing tuition to be paid in manageable installments across the academic term.
