Semester Installment Payment Plan
Students unable to clear full semester fees at registration may utilize our approved installment structure:
- First Installment (Registration): 60% of total semester fees due before course registration.
- Second Installment (Mid-Term): 40% balance due by Week 8 of the academic semester.
Approved Bank & Payment Channels
All fee payments must be made directly to official institution accounts. Cash payments are strictly prohibited on campus.
- Bank Deposit / Draft: Payable to Graceland Nursing Institute at designated Takoradi bank branches.
- Official Mobile Money Portal: Accessible through the student portal dashboard.
- Receipt Verification: Bank receipts must be validated at the Finance Office for official clearance.
Refund & Tuition Deferment Policy
Requests for tuition refunds or academic deferments must be submitted in writing to the Registrar and Finance Controller.
- Formal withdrawals within the first 2 weeks of term qualify for a partial tuition refund according to student handbook terms.
- Ancillary charges, indexing fees, and uniforms are non-refundable once issued.
